Pat Stahl

Director

Pat came to Dana-Farber Cancer Institute in 2010 to manage volunteer programs. Since that time, her role has expanded significantly to include the peer mentor program, patient advisory councils, and the on-site and digital patient family resource centers.  Pat currently serves as Director of Volunteer Services and Patient Programs.  

Prior to joining Dana-Farber, Pat held a range of positions including co- founding and leading Bringing Yourself to Work at Wellesley College teaching emotional intelligence to educators, youth and caregivers, consulting on multiple significant family foundation philanthropic initiatives, and founding and leading a youth development program at Boston Children’s Museum.  She holds a M.Ed. from Harvard University.   Pat lives on Plum Island, Newburyport, Massachusetts in a house on stilts with her husband.  She has two grown sons, Max and Gabriel.
